    Account freeze after 4.8.0

    My account freezes the Trials Frontier game after updating 4.8.0.
    It runs about 20-40sec and then it stops responding to touch. If I wait for ~1minute, android informs that the "Trials Frontier stopped working"
    While the Frontier is in "not responding mode" I can switch to phone menu and do what i want, everything works there, so it isn't my phone.

    I switched to my sons account, level 22. And the game plays just fine. I can ride bunker and tracks, no freeze at all.

    I have tried uninstall, cleared cache then reboot phone and install trials frontier. No help, same issue exist.
    Tested also with sons account again and it worked.

    Samsung galaxy S6 edge
    Os: Android 6.0.1
    Trials Frontier 4.8.0

    was fast enough to logout from my account before the freeze and the game played fine in offline mode.
    Played 4 tracks and no freezes, stayed in the village screen for 10minutes and it still works.

    I logged back in to my account and the game froze after 20secs.

    This is a problem for me too, as well as many others. This needs to be fixed before the event or the event needs to be delayed! Not fair if not everyone can participate!

    Got a detour, by letting the game waiting for 3 timeout messages that it has stopped responding at everytime I start the game... so about 3minutes... not good. FIX it.

    Good to hear.

    It has something to do with accounts.
    I tested this on other phone also, and it did the same thing, my account froze but my sons account worked fine.

    How many friends do you guys have on uplay? Could this be a factor?

    Yeah, as flooodi said, we seem to have a workaround (albeit a pain in the ***). Just let the device sit for a few minutes and keep telling it to wait, not force close. Eventually it will work, but this is a huge hassle, and wastes battery life! Even turning the screen off and back on causes about 10s of unresponsiveness.

    I think this could be an issue. A recent update caused all pending friend request to be automatically accepted. Now people have a LOT of friends. I have a problem in that I can only delete around 4 friends in the uplay area before the phone crashes.

    Is this being addressed? Can we get an update from a dev on this? It's KIND OF important. I can't really do showdowns because I have to wait 5m for my game to work when I load it.

    Example: Opponent has passed you on 2 tracks with 5 minutes left in the showdown. OH WELL I GUESS I LOSE NOW.

    This problem is unacceptable. I do believe it's account/friend list related. The ubisoft club app is a joke and the site is the same thing, slow load times galore. We need this to be fixed please!
