    Own full Game + Season Pass... Tells me i have demo

    I bought the game a week ago-ish and enabled all the codes. All the codes were fine. The game installed fine and i was playing it perfectly well on version 1.0 of the game, i let it update and download all the dlc i owned and now when i go into the game it tells me i need to buy the game and im only in the demo version. Please help as this is a bad start to me buying ubisoft games...

    I have the exact same experience. I bought the game in a shop, bring the CD home, it forces me to install this Ubisoft stuff, download a big update, and then "You have the demo version", when I click "unlock" I get 404.
    Then there is no "Support" option I can find anywhere in the game or in the stupid Steam-wannabe interface, so I go to my online account and finally find a link to the forums where I can at least complain to SOMEONE.
    But this is a very bad experience, Ubisoft seems so annoying and unorganised to me. Also I do NOT appreciate the pop-up ads I get every time I close the ubisoft client. Really? Is this a game or spyware?? Omg

    I still have heard nothing back from support, I raised a ticket 1 week ago.
    So this is my experience with ubisoft: they took my money and gave me nothing. I bought the full game in a real shop, I got home and installed it and it just says "demo version". I could have installed that online for free, I have paid you money for NOTHING. It's not good enough.

    I can't even figure out how to view it now, I've logged in, looked at "my account", "dashboard" etc but I just can't see it.

    Sorry about the delay on your ticket. I just requested an update from the Support team in your region. You can view your tickets by logging in (support.ubi.com) and then select the blue menu button (located in the top-right corner). Once there, you can select, "My Cases", and you'll then be able to see your "Open Cases" and your "Closed Cases".

    This is resolved for me now. The ticket with support was open for over 1 month, I attached screenshots etc and no solution.
    I went back to the shop I bought it from, they showed me that there are THREE activation codes (one for the game, one for season pass, one for DLC) and I had missed one.
    So it's a stupid mistake on my part. But I can not believe that Support couldn't tell me this straight away, that they couldn't look at the activation codes I had used and say "Oh, you have only used season pass and DLC, do you have game activation, in another booklet?"
