    There should've been a sanity meter in Survival

    Man, that'd be pretty fun. On top of all elements, to have to go further to not lose your mind would have created an even cooler experience. Perhaps it's not fit for the (non-existant) lore of this game, but still. Seeing hallucinations, hearing things, having your character acting strangely and other things. Not something that's lethal like the cold, but rather something that would make it more difficult to keep control over the situations and what's actually going on.

    The agent is able pop several painkillers in an hour and takes it like a champ. Now, maybe the painkillers are an Infection fighting version of Motrin, but I gotta believe that, on top of the injections would be enough to knock out a small horse.

    A bad trip would be perfect for overconsuming.

    Yes!!!!!! Hallucinations could be similar to the echo animations...
