I just wanted to make my character survive without heal, so tested various settings.
So the one setting that I tested is, Nomad 3piece for no regeneration limit, alphabridge 2piece for more health regeneration, and steadfast holster for faster kick in of regeneration.
But as soon as test this setting, I saw something wierd happening.
With steadfast holster

Steadfast holster kicks in regeneration faster when you are in cover. That's normal.
But when you get out of cover while health regen is on, regen stops.
Going in to cover while health regen is on also stops regen.
So steadfast holster is basically almost unusable since you have to do cover to cover move frequently while actual combat.

Yeah back a few weeks ago when I tried this out I seen the same thing, but I almost always use cover because I apparently get different loot than everyone else and cant seem to muster 6000 Firearms, 6000 Stamina, and 6000 Electronics and subsequently I dont have 99% Armor and 800k health.
Even with all my armor pieces having Armor rolls, and balancing as best I can to have all 3 main stats, I muster roughly 299k dps, 317k Stamina, and roughly 165k electronics.
I honestly expected this combo of items and set bonuses to give me health regen on par with the old *Rehabilitated* mask talent that was bugged.

You do realize that no one has all 3 stats high? You need to sacrifice something, damage dealers will have low skill power, generally around 85k or 100 odd with specialized back pack, skill users will have either low firearms and/or stam depending on build.Originally Posted by jdkzombie Go to original post
