Was it ever confirmed anywhere that we will be getting different voices at all? It just sounds a little odd having the same voice for a berserker, a warden etc etc all have the same actors (one male and one female) for both genders.

Oh and can the mods move this over to the I guess feedback section? I screwed up when I posted in this combat section.

Seconded! At the very least a few different voices per gender please.

One thing that would be astonishing though is to record a handful of phrases in Japanese, Norse and Old English. There's the grunts etc, but also a few remarks for local color. There wouldn't be a need for subtitles or anything like that. It's literally just there for color. I don't expect it at all though, but really do expect and hop at the very least for a few voice types.

I think I had some sound issues during the last alpha so couldn't hear a lot of effects I could during the September beta, but I definitely recall hearing a Kensei character yell "Nani?!" (Japanese for "what?!") when I guard broke him and threw him into a wall.

Yes, please. I want them to yell in different languages. I loved that in Rising Storm, that small detail of hearing the Japanese soldiers shouting in Japanese added so much. No silly "Shamefur dispuray!" with a thick accent.

Well as far as I've seen there's only one voice per gender for all heroes. Unless they did somehow slip in a single line of dialogue unique to each faction. But i kinda doubt that. I just wanna know if there was any confirmation that there were different voices to choose from.
