    When our teams looked into this, they were actually unable to replicate the issue with the latest app - we've all been able to still login. At the moment, our best guess troubleshooting is to make sure everything is on the same network - in fact, all on the same wifi. Can you double-check that's what your network setup is?

    If it still doesn't work, a video of the issue would be very helpful indeed.

    I decided to do a video demonstrating the issue that Cellupr was describing. At the time I wrote my last reply to you my phone and console were connected to the same Wi-Fi network and still had the same issue. The app that is going to be present in the video is the oldest that could work on my phone (the other versions were crashing for me).

    I want to add some disclaimers. The first one is that I tried to log in with my real Ubisoft Connect account (in the app it will show as ''Uplay Account") but it didn't work out, so that's why I attempted to create a new one. In the video after the attempt failed I tried to connect it, even following the instruction given in the app but again that failed too.

    The second is that I don't have Just Dance 2017 on PC, but the issue is present everywhere (I'm talking about the Just Dance 2017 profile changing issue).

    The third one is that I did not switch to another network, I hide it because I downloaded the current up-to-date app from Google Play Store.

    Hi Ubi-TheBerry,

    Under OS model I understand it as Software Information. The phone (which is my current phone) that I'm using is Samsung Galaxy A50. Here is my OS information. If this is not enough please let me know where I can share the rest of the information. I don't want to share the rest of the other information here, because of privacy reasons.

    Ubisoft’s controller issue

    I’ve read this entire thread all 5 pages spanning some years and it is unbelievable that this problem isnt fixed yet. A simple update to the app adding to the ability to login into upload is a simple fix. Especially for a team of game devs. Come on now give the update so we can end this now. I’m having the exact same problem with my app I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t already have high score and what not already set on my game with my account and player card but I need this issue fixed. Thank you

    At the moment, we don't have any further news from the team, but it is still being looked into.

    We appreciated not being able to track scores with your own profile is frustrating and are still working toward a fix.

    We don't have a time frame yet, but should that change, we'll keep you guys updated.
