There is being asked multiple times "how to connect?" And: "how Does it work how does the app Connect?"
..there is no reply to this.

    Without warning.

The game is still for purchase in the official Ubisoft store, there is no warning about you for your problem to connect with your Profile.

The game(/Ubisoft) asks you to withdraw your rights for a refund when installing the game.
But does not mention (hidden) defects.

Unfortunately with the new Just Dance Controller update (we are talking about when Just Dance 2018 came out if I'm not wrong), the Ubisoft Club support is removed. It's kind of unfortunate because I have saved progress on my Xbox and the only possible way to select is to use Kinect which is hard to find. Also, I believe it won't change because Ubisoft Club is rebranded to Ubisoft Connect. That means it needs Logo,Name and Function to be changed which is unlikely Ubisoft to do that

    Hey guys,

This is an issue that was reported to the development team, and is something that is being investigated.

Unfortunately we don't have an update around this, we apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

Hey Cellupr, sorry you've had trouble getting logged in.

Can you make sure your phone and PC are on the same network? And, additionally, both connected via Wifi. This should allow you to log in using the latest version of the Companion App.
Please also double-check that you've tried the steps listed in our connectivity troubleshooting guide: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/j...sues/000062701

If that doesn't work, would you be able to record a video of this behaviour for us? This would help a lot with investigating the issue.

Thanks so much for your patience with this, and let me know if I can clarify any of these steps

    Hi Ubi-Thrupney,

I will try my best to explain what the problem Cellupr is facing.

The problem is that in order to change your profile on Just Dance 2017 for PC is to connect your Ubisoft Club account through the app. Unfortunately with the current version of Just Dance Controller app there is no login integration for Just Dance 2017 which makes it harder for creating and changing the profile. What Cellupr tried is to download the old version (Before Just Dance 2019 to came out) from a website where they have an archive with the previous versions of a certain app, but it's not connecting, no matter if your phone and console are connected to the same Wi-Fi. As of right now, Ubisoft Club is rebranded to Ubisoft Connect, which there is still the old rebrand on Just Dance 2017 and Just Dance 2018. Is there any way for the developer team to re-add the login thingy to the new app so we can change our profiles?

Thanks for elaborating on the issue, TectonicB72.

When our teams looked into this, they were actually unable to replicate the issue with the latest app - we've all been able to still login. At the moment, our best guess troubleshooting is to make sure everything is on the same network - in fact, all on the same wifi. Can you double-check that's what your network setup is?

If it still doesn't work, a video of the issue would be very helpful indeed.
