Is there any update on this issue? It's been almost two months.

    Hey everyone,

The devs' investigation into this issue is still ongoing - please rest assured that they are doing everything they can to get it resolved.

Please ensure to have completed the troubleshooting from the guide I previously provided, and also make sure that both the app and your device's OS are fully updated, and that your phone and console are connected to the same wireless network.

If issues should persist, please advise me of the iOS / Android version you are using, the make / model of your device (e.g. Android 10 on a Samsung Galaxy S9) and confirm for me the platform you are playing on. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi
I went through the troubleshooting and didn't find anything that helped. Don't see any option to login in the app. I have a galaxy s10 and s7 and JD2017 on PC

    Same

I played this game a couple of years ago, and had no problem, because I no longer had a compatible phone with the app, i stopped playing, just redownloaded in my Redmi9 running miui 11 (based on android 10) it has no option anywhere to log into an ubisoft account anywhere! so the game doesnt allow me to use my already pretty high leveled dance card and have to go with HAPPY!, So sad, We really want just dance 2020 on PC i would buy it right now if that ever happened. Hoping this gets fixed and that we get JD2020 for PC natively!!

No login option on app - this is the case

Hi, I've got the same problem. In the new version of the app there is no place where you can login into Ubisoft account - and that is the case of that problem. On the older version of the app it worked perfectly - as there were an option to login.

Could you please just add login function fix to the app?:)

Or is there a way that we could install the older version?
