So here are some video's showing the heal delay, if you look closely in most cases but not all it looks like the "metal knub" is trying to find a place to rest to activate.
Here's one with a huge sound delay and heal delay, watch the whole thing:

Seeker mine explodes right after going over balcony killing me (I have more videos of this but i'm too lazy, this happens a lot)
These are just SOME of the bugs I was able to catch there's a lot more.

Sad to say but this is old news, I kick anyone that joins my team in the DZ with the mines. Can not tell you the number of times a team mate mines killed me. Wait till you get a 19sec rogue timer and when it hits 1sec left it jumps to 85sec and every one kills you. I have had it 16sec. down to 1sec, jump to 85sec. down to 1sec. jump back to 85sec again THEN it reached 0sec and all was fine. Had this 4 or 5 times now. Even had it make me rogue 3 or 4 times now after a fight when I would go up to nock the rogue out. No one else was even close by and did not fire a shot. I hit the rogue that was on the ground and BOOM, 85sec rogue timer. On PC for me.
And be happy, at least your heal worked, wait till it goes on cool down with out any healing in the DZ fighting rogues.
Early explode 2 is not a bug. Submunitions from a Cluster Seeker explode when their target is killed before they reach it. The mine split when you dropped it and the target those 2 were chasing died from gunfire just as it went around the corner. You can see the other 4 merrily chasing their new friends to give them a hug.![]()
