I'll just drop in here to add that from videos I have seen there's helmet adornment options and then your gear which you can color and add emblems. I'd honestly like to see further armor options as well. Just among samurai, there's varying styles you'd wear, depending on rank. A lot of variation in helmets and masks. The option to use or not use a mask (which brings up the option of character/face creation). The option to use or not use shoulder and throat guards and lots and lots of other details. Easily argued for Vikings who could wear pretty much any combination of things. Customization looked to limited to me, is my main point. In a game like this, I'd like more.
