I dont know what BS you're calling on and I don't know if Butter, Exuhz reported him, but this just happened literally 12 hours ago. The hacker went on to say things like he has a lot of money so buying a new license for $20 bucks aint a problem for him each time he gets banned. After that Butter and Exuhz changed servers.

The worst thing is, it is no longer possible to be sure who is actually just skilful or has a really good build and who is cheating. This is causing a huge rift in the community between PvE players and PvP players and is largely responsible for all the hate threads regarding the DZ.

The whole Elite Task Force and PvP balancing project for 1.6 is a complete waste of time if cheating/hacking/exploiting is not addressed. If the DZ is the end game it needs to be fixed or it will end this game for good. Massive/Ubisoft you need to wake up to this issue, be accountable and start allowing naming and shaming and monitor players who continue to cheat/exploit following bans. If you don't this game will fail.
Nah naming and shaming is not allowed on any gaming forums, as it can lead to false accusations. That said I do feel sorry for the pc community having to put up with these low life cheats.

The video was posted the other day then subsequently removed. It's on YouTube just search 'interview with a hacker the division' and it's the first hit, along with many others
