    We Need Solo PvP in 1.6

    Please make this happen , not all the time do I want to play with other people , I don't like being forced to enter the DZ with a group or I will get destroyed by another group . I have a lot of friends ,but sometimes I just want to play solo .I really hope you consider making PvP solo option in 1.6 update .

    I've wanted this for ages, a solo queue DZ. Same idea, just no 4vs1 crap.

    It won't stop people grouping up just like SOLO survival they are grouping in that as well (they just coordinate in party chat but run as solo's in a suedo group)

    Still, there's less of them and they can't share resources/skills. Atm I actually want to PvP, but everyone I know quit and most randoms I meet during matchmaking... well let's just say that experience was cringe worthy at times.

    I have yet to encounter this myself but ofc people will find ways to cheese it, maybe if they removed the option to team up once in there it could help.

    The only way it'll happen is with this "arena" people are so desperate for.

    Because it will always be impossible to solo PVP in the DZ because you will still get outnumbered even in a "queued solo DZ." The reason being because even as solo, you will always get the liabilities of being rogue.

    Arena, CTF, TDM, ...

    Fine by me tbh.

    Add some cache rewards for the winning team, mvp, most heals, ... and we're golden. I'd rather enjoy that then how the DZ currently functions tbh.

    I think some of the problem in the DZ is the 'revive' function. I wouldn't really want to see this mechanic lost completely because I really wish we could get back to the concept of cooperating and helping each other a lot more in this game. However, given that the DZ is not about that, one issue for solo players is that even if you get a rogue (or a player on another team down) 90% of the time they get revived whilst you are fighting the remaining players.

    If there was no revive in the DZ or if there was no revive if you are shot by players who are solo or in a team with a lower number of players, I think it would balance things more. Or make the time required to revive much longer, with a correspondingly longer time that players can remain in the downed state (waiting to be revived).

    Perhaps it could be made that in the DZ you go straight to 'unconscious' requiring a much longer revive time BUT you can remain on the map for say 1-2 minutes in the unconscious state.

    Or... make the downed status a little longer but whenever a player is downed that already counts as a kill (i.e. player drops DZ$, loot and loses XPs) and the downed player can't be revived if the team is in combat [I'd accept the sig skill revive only]. This should also avoid to have kills (for who's sick for stats) stolen by other players...

    I put in another thread that they should add 1v1, 2v2, etc queues to DZ and disabld group invites when inside these modes. They can leave the current free for all mode as is to satisfy those that like to gank and be ganked. I appreciate that players could still co-op but at least you don't get rolled by a group who have 8 skills to use.

    That, plus a two team arena should cover off most permutations, unless people want king of the hill, capture the flag, domination etc modes.
