Hard mode being the weather and survival mechanics but the whole map and every thing in it.
    That gets my vote!

I proposed a while ago that Massive add a 4-man Hunter challenge to the High Value Target event. They would need a bigger venue, like the Chelsea lots.

I would love for a survival world tier to be added.

Minus the antiviral, having to extract in the dz, and possibly removing the cold as it would be pointless after a day. But keep the hunger, thirst, medicine. Scrounging for supplies. Hunters at random locations. Double the world bosses.

Survival is a fun mode only ruined by the time limit.

This but i'd rather have the weather as well or make it come and go on a cycle.

And for me the timer is what ruined it for me played 4 times 2 in P v E and 2 in P v P, that was enough to realize it's another run in circles borefest at least randomise the mats/clothes etc etc.

sound like new content,i do not own SP and so i do not know wht a hunter is,wht makes it a differ enemy?
is he tougher(sponge)is he faster then the actual usain bolt NPC or does he have better accuracy then normal(aimBot) Npc's already have?
or is it the look of him/her,i really don't get it pls enlighten me.

but i like the idea to put survival into the game as a WT lv with all wht survival got except the time limit(which ruins every gamemode btw)

The Hunter is the latest Npc that is in Survival only as of right now and from what i am seeing online many like myself enjoy fighting them(without a damn High end M44! cheesers)
These Hunters are a bit more fun and interesting than the other Npc's to fight in the game.
they have talents like turret, self heal, seeker bombs, healing station and seem to act and fight back a little more like a real player would.
Here is a video of a Hunter battle from YT but i have had much more intense fights solo with one than this!

Since I have no interest in Survival, and thus have not dealt with one yet, we vote yes.

While I like the hunter idea, I don't care for adding the survival aspect to the main game unless it's a separate mode and completely optional. That way, for those of us who don't care for the style, we can just stay out of it.

One idea I had, which I had in mind to bring up at the ETF*, but wasn't chosen, was to create a sort of recovery missions in the LZ on the East side of the map, which would use current game mechanics/animations/factions/etc, and bring DZ mechanics to the LZ, which a large number of PvE-only players want. So, imagine if you will:

    Lore set up:

The LMB (hence this happening on the East side of the map) is running out of supplies, so they need to get supplies from outside Manhattan. They do so through air drops. Because the LMB is running out of elements in Manhattan (you have been killing them in droves) they hire out the hunters to safeguard the drop points while a proper LMB recovery team is mobilized and retrieves the drop. A proper recovery team needs to be mobilized because the drops are too heavy for a few men to carry them. Every time there is a drop, ISAC will detect it and alert you. You and the JTF are also running out of supplies, so you need to beat the LMB to the punch. However, you are obviously not a proper recovery team either, so you will need to call for an extraction helicopter to remove the drop.

    The mechanics:

    ISAC alerts you of drop.
You get to the drop point to find the LMB recovery team.
Once you wipe the LMB recovery team, you can call an extraction.
While you wait for extraction, hunters are dispatched to stop you from taking the drop, while another LMB recovery team is assembled.
Hunter/LMB waves alternate on a (30 sec?) timer (so they keep coming, and players can't just sit on one NPC a la Lincoln Tunnel) until the helicopter arrives and takes the drop (I'd say 2-3 minutes?)
Hunters can cut the rope, and if they do, you have to call for another extraction.

    Spawn time:

It could be done in a variety of ways: could be one spawn every so often (say every hour), could be 4-5 spawn points that have to be cleared before the re-spawn timer kicks, etc...

    * And before anyone says anything about the ETF for 1.6 being PvP only, yes, it is, however, I don't think is wise to do an entire update without "tossing a bone" to the PvE-only crowd. Something like the idea above should be very simple to implement as everything it requires is already in game.
