Hello everyone.
I'm a bit tired of waiting for a support team that does not respond to the created tickets. Since many of us are not able to contact support and play the game we will try to solve and share our experience.
Well things I've done:
- Open all necessary ports on the router.
- Enable PS4 in DMZ
- Give the miracle UNLINK of PSN in UPLAY (which by the way does not work)
- Uninstall and install the game again.
Paranormal Experiences:
- Having two users on PS4 with different psn accounts, one can play without problems and mine can not.
- Having managed to play yesterday 20minutes and today give nothing.
- Have 3 support tickets and no answer.

I am in a division of despair, because I paid a game that I can not play and nobody cares or shows any kind of interest and stubborn in saying that there is no problem.

It sucks that you and other players are experiencing this issue. I am able to log in. Have try doing unlink/linking of psn with uplay with a different game and reloading the division.
Try doing these steps. This might fix this issue for you.
1. Unlinked your psn account from the ubisoft account management. https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/overview
2. Load up another Ubisoft game
3. Try linking with that game.
4. Close the game/application.
5. Linked the account to psn account from the ubisoft account management.
6. Reload that ubisoft game. Confirm uplay account is working.
7. Close game/application.
8. Load up The Division.

I dont have another Ubisoft game to try this procedure and I dont think I will buy another Ubisoft game, like ever![]()

Sadly i also don't think they will fix it soon - they don't respond to support tickets, they don't even make a sticky thread with all information we can get including some ETA on fixing it ... i feel like we are left alone ... just some 150+ users that can't play - who cares ...
