This game could be amazing.
Take all aspects of crafting and give it more intricate parts to find exploring, build on your own with items found exploring, or loot. Give players ability to create own storefronts and vendors to sell their items, like Star Wars Galaxies back in the day. So much more detail could have went to crafting that would immerse players into the world.
Also, exploration could have been much more detailed with multitudes of items scattered around everywhere. Give players incentive to seek and explore.
Enemy AI could have been much better also.
Think outside the box Ubisoft!
They need to decide what they want the game to be.Originally Posted by Oceans38 Go to original post
If they lean more towards the rpg style there is a _lot_ of work that needs to be done in regards to content, gearing etc.
If they lean more towards the shooter side I would expect more to be done with the DZ and or alternate pvp modes.
I don't think they can do both effectively - they haven't demonstrated the ability to strike that balance yet.
This right here. They DESPERATELY need to pick one, because right now it doesn't do any one thing particularly well. It does okay at various things, but if I want a shooter I pick Titanfall or Destiny, a survival game I go Fallout, an RPG the Witcher or Fallout...Originally Posted by Furinol Go to original post
The Division needs to find its niche and exploit the hell out of it.
What it could have been is what the division will be known as. Massive unfortunately is unable to figure things out and is constantly trying to catch up to fix everything. They have a great idea but I think the noob dev team is the reason it's fading. And fading fast. PC seems to be dieing out again.
