    PS4 - first time running Tom Clancy's the division - Stuck on connecting screen

    Hi, just bought the game (Gold Edition on January sales) for PS4, tried to enter it the first time and I'm stuck on the "connecting: {user name}" screen.

    What I tried:
    - Restarting the router.
    - Restarting the PS4.
    - Reinstalling the game.
    - Calling my internet provider and ask for a refresh.

    Even after all the above I'm not getting passed the connecting screen.

    Last night I left it open like that for 3 hours and nothing happened.

    My user name is GBT3101

    Please help me or I will have to ask for a refund and give up.

    Good Morning.
    Actually bought the game too and still could not play. The message to connect with the division logo appears and it will not go away.

    Yes.
    And the most annoying thing is that I have tried everything and still can not play. On the other hand recently I bought the Rambo Six Siege and play the game without any problem.

    Infinite connecting screen

    Hey guys!

    Same problem here. I bought The Division Gold on January sale for PS4. When I first started the game it stucked on the "Connecting" screen and nothing happens for ages. Is there any solution for this problem? Really annoying... My PS4 gamertag: gonzalohoma

    Have you tried to unlink and relink your Uplay account to your PSN account? This may resolve the issue.

    If that doesn't work, please get in contact with Ubisoft Support and provide them with this information.

    How do I unlink the Uplay account without being able to load the game at all? is there a way doing it outside of the game?

    And how exactly to submit a ticket to the support? There is only FAQ

    Login to your Uplay account either through the console or the link. Then find the linked accounts tab and you can choose to unlink or link!

    Same problem here!

    I already opened a issue to my problem (03994302)

    I made all procedures and nothing.

    - Unlink the Ubisoft account.
    - Port foward.
    - Restarting the router.
    - Restarting the PS4.
    - Reinstalling the game.

    I made exactly the same things. Still "Connecting"... Unbelievable. I pay for a game in 2016, and I can't play with it. Can we refund the price somehow, if it won't work?
