    End Game Aesthetics

I'm going to keep it simple...
    For Honor

I would like to see a King's Armor, Emporer Armor, and Viking Leader Armor. It would be nice if they were unlocked by 100% completion of the game. Gold, silver, and jewels. Weapons to match...
For multiplayer with High base stats.

I think fancy looks - with LOW base stats would be much more fitting

I say we should have a nice long dark cap, a nice dark armor, a nice dark helmet and bit samurai like from the back and gas mask respiration sound plus a nice glowing red sword that goes "zoom" "zoom" "zoom" "zoom"

I'd prever the high level armour visuals not to be too much over the top. I like the style of the game a lot so far and i dont want to turn into some monster-hunterish anime kitsch.

I guess the "Gold, silver, jewels" approach would work with certain characters' high level gear, though... Maybe with the Kensei or the Shugoki. Both seem to have a pretty ceremonial approach to fighting. The Knights and vikings are much too "gritty" and for the Orochi, or any other class designed around beeing an assassin, a shiny, eyecatching and ultimatly impractical armour is a little absurd.

It would be the path of least resistance for the designers to make the high lvl gear very fantasy-style. In the end, they want them to be easily recognisable and "flashy" so that lower players feel motivated to get them which might lead to more ingame purchases. Its also more difficult to design unique armor while staying true to their semi-realistic design choice. What you want would be easier. Just attach some oversized WoW shoulderplates and plaster it with sparkly things.... I hope they resist the urge to do so and stay true to their original design.

I think it would have been amazing if you could start your character like in one of the trailer:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6GGoTxvGzk

around 1:40 you can see them week and have barley some armor except maybe for the knight.
and the more you level up a warrior the more your get better armor until you reach the one we see in the actual gameplay which we can consider close to the end gear equipment.
I think this will really make you feel like you came from a long road to become a powerful warrior.

it s always good to dream :P

What do you mean "to dream" ?
There is gear progression in this game and while tastes can vary, high lvl/ high prestige gear will look more impressive than low level gear. The only thing you guys are asking for here is to start out very shabby looking....

You got it right there mate. The idea for me is to start shabby looking but this video was to express how time were desperate after the apocalypse which will not be the case when we will be playing it as the story will start like hundred or thousand of years after the apocalypse.

if it was up to me i ll start almost completely naked and slowly earn every piece of armor i ll wear, but that just my idea and i know it won t be like that so that why iI said it will be just a dream.

Any how the gear until now looked amazing and hopefully will get blown away by the armor upgrades
