    Thanks for the tips i followed all the steps you listed. I also installed the game again. Unfortunately I'm still up in the air and can not do anything. I really do not know what else I can do

    Understood! Thank you for attempting these steps, XMiniminer. I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. To address this further, would you please locate and delete two folders to see if that helps? The first folder can be located by pasting this address into file explorer. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames[Ubisoft Connect ID Number]\720 then for the second folder, please open Steam and go to Library > Application Support > Steam > SteamApps > Common and delete the Steep folder. Please let me know if you are still stuck in Steep after completing these steps.

    Hey. sorry it took so long. So i deleted thos folders, reinstalled the Game but i didn't Work. I don't know what to do now but thank you for trying

    Apologies for the late response. I'm sorry to hear that none of the steps provided have helped to resolve the issue.

    The only thing I can suggest now would be to create a support ticket and then we can contact the Steep team to see if there are any other things that you can try.

    You have to go into the settings, go to “application saved data management” then go to “Saved Data in Online Storage” then press “Delete” then go down to Steep, select it, then delete it.

    It fixed the problem for me and as far as I can tell, I didn’t lose anything from deleting that data.

    Hello ppapichuloo69, thanks for sharing this workaround you used on console and how you were able to regain control and movement within the game.

    To help highlight this answer I will repost the steps here for each platform >

    On PC navigate and delete the following folders >
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames[Ubisoft Connect ID Number]\720
    Steam Library > Application Support > Steam > SteamApps > Common

    On Playstation please locate and delete the following >
    Application saved data management > Saved Data in Online Storage > select delete > select Steep > delete
