    Trials frontier login problem

    Hi.

    Since a recent update, I am unable to log in or access online features. When trying to log in, I get an error message. When clicking "forgot password", I am told my e-mail address is invalid. When trying to set up a new account, using the same e-mail address, I am told there already exists an account with that address.

    As I have logged in to the forum, my account obviously works. I have not encountered similar problems in other games where I use the same account.

    Please fix this, as the best parts of the game are now unavailable.

    Hi JollroTull, as a precaution, please use your old id & password to log into your Ubisoft (Uplay) account. Do not try to create a new account, you may lose your progress. The "Forgot Password" link should work - it's working for me on both of my devices (iOS & Android) and for a lot of other players too. Please try again by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link, you would get an email on the same email id to reset your password. If you are still facing this issue, please send your device details & some screenshots here. We'll look into this ASAP.

    "Forgot password" not possible

    As mentioned in the previous post, "forgot password" results in an error message. I do not know how to add a screenshot here. The error message says (translated) "Error. Invalid e-mail address". However, the e-mail address can't possibly be invalid as I am able to log in to the forums and use my account as normal otherwise.

    My device is an iPhone, model NKQN2ZD/A.
