    haven't received anything within 40+ hours. I restarted the game multiple times, logged out, verified files, nothing helps. Please solve this issue.

    You will probably have to make another ticket with your proof of purchase. Post a massive picture of your proof.

    already did, its a bunch of ******** to buy some time. support does nothing but gives robotic answers. my last in game purchase really. Its a massive shame for the industry, brought to you by Ubisoft. Money grab corporate bastards!
