Hey there, seems like this ia major issue, I also haven't received my credits as well, brought them last night around 10:09. Filled out a ticket on the ubisoft forums, just posting here to hear feedback since this seems the fastest way to get back to me. Thanks for the hard work, hope this gets resolved soon. Oh and it was purchased on PC

You should have received your credits today.
We pushed out a script to award all credits to users that were currently in the que. We have not fixed the issue, but the team is working on it.

Was a quote from one of your other reports. My order was on the 22nd, so how come my credits haven't been pushed that has been in queue for the past two days?
