    @Skoz_Piracy - I checked your account and the credits appeared earlier this morning, if you have any further issues with this, please let me know or update your ticket with your agent.

    @Nikteorithis - I checked your ticket and I see you're working with an agent to get your information submitted. In the first response of your ticket they requested your Proof of Purchase, which is normal in these types of events. It's not typical to request these documents via the Forums which is where you originally seeked assistance. Sorry for the delay in processing your content, the agent working with you in your ticket has updated your account with further information for you.

    I beg your pardon? Originally seeked assistance? I originally, i.e first step I took, was to make a support ticket. I waited for a response. The original ASSISTANCE WAS THE SUPPORT TICKET.

    The first post that I made on the forum about this issue was on 24-12-2016, 01:11 AM.

    I made the support ticket on 23/12/2016 @ 03:21.
    I received a response on 27/12/2016 @ 00:51.
    I responded to that response on 27/12/2016 @ 02:50.

    I asked in both instances (forum and ticket), if you want me to provide evidence, Id be happy to. Nobody told me to provide evidence until the 27th. And the worst thing is, the response stated that it would only be investigated further if I provided proof of purchase. So clearly, my details of the purchase got lost in the post? You literally cannot find it? In the event that someone cannot access their email account, what would happen then? Rhetorical question.

    Your customer service is bad enough, but at least, please, stick to actual facts.

    I'm a bit disappointed here as well.
    I only bought $5 worth of R6 credits but, I expect to get what i pay for.
    Support ticket NO. 04007940. Opened on the 24th after waiting to see if the R6 credits will show up.
    I waited for live chat. They ask for proof of purchase. Which was provided with the ticket, feels like they didn't look a the ticket.
    So I also provided my Steam transaction ID. Nothing has happened.

    Steam will not refund this purchase and Ubisoft support is "experiencing a high volume"

    So yea I'm airing my grievance here. Put a check mark next to my name on the list of people who've paid for something and haven't received it.
    And yes I've logged in today to check to see if they've shown up.

    After getting on live chat last evening and waiting from queue position 33, the matter has been resolved.
    I hope Ubisoft can figure out what the hang-up is here. Is kinda **** to have this happen over a holiday weekend

    I payed €35,- worth of R6 Credits and I also still haven't received them after 1 week

    They haven't responded to me on the customer ticket/Twitter/Reddit/Forum.. WTF UBISOFT!

    I'm more then happy to give all the evidence I've got again, but if they're not gonna respond it's kinda useless..

    I lost my R6 credits in the game.

    Hi, today I bought the Season Pass year 2 and I recieved 600 R6 credits with it but, when I went to purchase "Blackbeard" with them the game gave me and error message and didn't made the purchase properly. I tried to restart the game and I had no R6 credits nor Blackbeard unlocked. Can you please solve this issue? Or is there a way we can solve this?
