I understand its the Christmas season, your delay is reasonable.
But judging from the other posts I have seen, 1. you do not post an estimated time in which one may receive their credits and 2. your allergic to apologising to people who do not rage about the issue.
The whole point of us spending credits is because we would not have that much time to grind for the stuff for free...
I am sorry but if your going to take an entire week to solve this for an individual then you might as well just refund me.
I can't agree more, the whole purpose of a mircro transaction is for instant gratification. Now i'm sitting here thinking that i just regret buying these credits as opposed to be having fun with my new operators and cosmetics. I'm going on 5 days now, and i've seen countless post from admin's saying "GO CHECK ITS THERE I PROMISE" only to see replies about how people are still waiting, absolutely disgusting.Originally Posted by Nikteorithis Go to original post
