Missing R6 Coins, refund through steam? | Forums

I bought 1200 R6 coins yesterday through steam, I have not received the coins as of yet. I talked to a customer support representative and he informed me that they were having this problem only with purchases made yesterday. He then informed me that I could refund the coins through steam and repurchase the coins. Unfortunately I went through steam and it seems that in-game purchases are not refundable through steam. Any help is appreciated.
