How does accuracy and stability affect scoped bolt action marksman rifles?

I understand how accuracy and stability work normally, but I'm not sure how it works or what it affects when you're scoped in with a bolt action marksman rifle. If it matters, I'm using a x15 scope with an m700.

It doesn't. Everything settles down anyway by the time you're ready for your next shot. It's a waste.

I'm using an MK17 and do about 3 shots per second. I do have a lot of accuracy on it and it helps a lot. It's only a waste for bolt actions.

When moving I noticed I miss more often with a bolt sniper (scoped). So accuracy might help there. As for stability I suppose it helps a little when recovering from a shot but I wouldn't worry about that stat too much. I'd focus more on crit percentages and such.

Bolt action MMR have low rpm so crosshair can get to center before you fire next shot whether you have accuracy option or not.

But it takes some time to shoot a accurate fire right after popping up from cover.

So 'Balanced' talent can be a good choice for bolt action MMR to reduce the 'first aiming' time.

It's your choice. Faster aiming with more time to be in cover, or one more damage talent
