    Slow rendering issues? Helpppp!

So i bought this game maybe a week ago..LOVE IT
When i run threw different areas sometimes it tells me "Loading" in the bottom right hand of the screen
and my character starts walking very slow and i can not run.. Also everything around me is boxy and
slow rendering.. this takes a while.. sometimes i dont even see the enemies and i just start getting attacked
and i cant get away.. Someone mentioned this could be my HDD.. so yesterday i got an evo SSD.. installed the game on that
helped a very little bit.. helped with load times.. but still very slow rendering and loading..
    please help!
    heres my setup..

79 degrees is quite warm for a CPU, maybe it's a fan problem. Most processors are set to shut down at 99 degrees for self protection. (melting)

@OP: What's your ingame settings? Also, what does the FPS counter from Uplay say when you enable it?
79 degrees for AMD CPU should be ok as it heats up more then intel and is known with the higher degrees in heat.

I had this same problem with the game and even when i set everything to low. It's weird game as the benchmarks show.
I had better performance with all medium then i had all on low. All on low settings in benchmark i got 130 fps and cpu on 97% and GPU 98%.
with everything on medium i had 70 fps , cpu on 67% and gpu on 90%. And these were on DX12.

    And well i have a bit better system then the cslix483 has. Intel i5 4570, 8GB ddr3, win10, GTX 970, 250GB ssd

I had this map not loading problem even in late 1.3 patch and it seems like this is with the maintenance update's or something that fix something and make new problems.
I havent played this game this last week a lot cause i am fed up of the lags and character freeze as i play mostly survival and these lags and freezes are ruining the point to play the survival where no matter how much you advance bots will still hit you like a train and it's hard enough to find cover when bots are russing you from every direction and then the lag and freezing to.

Or when i group play in DZ and hunting rogues and then this map not loading starts and makes no point to hunt anymore cause you have no way of catching on the rogues while this wont happen even, so it when that appears then it renders the hunting even more pointless.

    That's a bug with the 1.5 patch.

A "fix" it's not a fix but it will help you until they actually fix it.

Go to your "Documents" and delete the "The Division" folder.
    Go ingame.
Turn off VSYNC and Turn down shadows if you want FPS BUT DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE.
    Turn On DX12.
    Restart the game.

this worked for EVERYONE I told about

disable shader cache in nvidia and virtual paging in system worked for me slightly less stable system overall but it stopped this happening.

Lol should see the rendering times on Ps4. I swear its actually getting worse. In 1.3 and prior we used to crash but no frame loss or at least minimum , since 1.4 till now still having heavy frame rate drops.
and not small drops in frame rate either, we talking playing at 5fps - 1 fps sometimes. Good luck in npc fights or even the darkzone with that.
