The Ancient Guardian outfit (if you look at it in the outfit shop) says its only available through special offers; you wont get it from quests. Only the occasional event (if you are lucky), or when they create one of their notoriously overpriced bundles.

They've been reissuing IAPs most of this year with old outfits and paint jobs, but there are a bunch that've never been re-released, Terracotta Warrior and Samsarian included. I used to hold out hope that the Valentine Bronco would be available again, but my days of throwing cash into this game have gone - especially knowing anything available again will be bundled with a pile of gems and coins to inflate the price. (The Samsarian bundle, when it first came out, also including the Vanilla Jackal paint job, and was something like £2.29. A long, long way from the fairly standard £10.99 things cost at minimum these days.)

Does the outfit have any perks? For some odd reason the silhouette is not in my home shack to check.

The costume appeared in early 2015 in honor of the Chinese New Year. It could only be bought for real money. Then, in the event Christmas 2016 (one and a half years ago), its parts could be obtained free of charge by opening a gift. I also remember one more sentence for real money at the end of 2016. This offer appeared again a few days ago, so you can buy this outfit right now

I cannot, actually. For some odd reason, offers only show up once for me, then after a couple tracks they go away forever.

Thanks for the info, though! I'm glad I;m not missing much. It didn't have much for coins or gems with it either.
