    Painkillers/Medicine

So does anyone know what the deal is with these things? Is it the sicker you get the less time they keep your time still? Or is it the more you ise the less effect they become?

As time goes by, the shorter the length of time the pain killers and medicine work due to the 2 hour cap on each Survival session.

The more you use them, although painkillers and medicine have separate diminishing returns.

BTW, every time I try to edit my post it gets deleted instead. I blame mobile. Sorry for having to type the above 3 times.

No worries. Sometimes the forum has a mind of its own.

AS time goes by, your medicine will be less effective once you hit the max infection, and also, i noticed that i still have 20+ mins on my timer, but upon exiting the safehouse, it become down to 15 mins! or will it depend on the remaining agents in the map? because i checked that there are only 3 remaining agents including me. Is the survival pushes you to finish the game more faster?

You can stretch it to a max of 2 hrs as I know, but no more. So if you will have 5 min left, 3 medicine and 3 painkillers wont do much help. The timer is there to keep you in check, because if you became even more OP, the whole difficulty lvl will look silly. Same as the fact you can only carry 6 survival catches.

After 1 hr and 30 min I usually get to this ( more or less, based on how much risk I'm willing to take).

I can basically whipe out any DZ Landmark in couple of minutes and deal with 2 hunters at the same time.

If there was no timer to pressure me, I could reroll my gears until I will get the stats I wanted ( like savage gloves, reckless armor etc ) and better wapons skills or hanging out in LZ till I would get full purple. But due to time pressure I rush to DZ in blue gear and Purple AR as soon as I have my pules and health box ready.

Taking out the timer in survival is like tanking out the rogue system in DZ. It will defeat the purpose.

So long story short, you must decide how to use the meds, how long do you want to run with the sickness active.
