I forgot the account i activated my game key on

I got Farcry 4 about 3 years ago, and activated the game key on an account, sadly, about 3 months later my PC broke, and I was unable to fix or retrieve anything on it. 2 years later (now) I finally got a new PC and I want to get the game back, but I don't remember a single thing about my account that the game key is bound to...is there a way I can cancel the account and move the game to this new one? if so, I would love to know, as I love this game and want to replay it!!
