    Ubisoft Support is Practically Non-Existent!

    Literally support is a misnomer! I've been trying to get help on an issue for more than 20 days! I've had people basically respond with a summary of what I tell them initially then never say anything again. Then I speak to a live chat person who gives me the complete opposite of correct information. So I speak to EA who tell me that Ubisoft literally has no idea what they're talking about, which is what I initially suspected.

    So here I am, money down the drain, no response from the elusive 'support' team - my ticket going down in history as a 'let's just not solve this one for ****s and giggles'.

    what is your problem? I've seen your 3 posts but never state the problem or your pc specs so maybe we can help if you tell us what is wrong

    Server of multiplayer games are down from many days... I can't play online... Limited mode activated....
