Ah well, there's your problem. I saw too much conservative hatemongering so I bailed on the whole thing last month. Haven't been this focused on hobbies since my ex left and I dropped TV.Originally Posted by ghmorello Go to original post

I got so sick of all the negative ads from both sides that I finally joined Netflix. No commercials and I've caught up on the new Marvel shows....Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones. Now on to Agents of Shield and then all the DC shows. Life is Good.Originally Posted by dm_gsxr Go to original post
Yeah I'm an old school Green Day fan too, and I didn't expect it either, but I could have gone for some Paper Lanterns or Disappearing Boy from their old albums also. I know Green Day crossed over and got popular with their slower ballads like Time Of Your Life, September & 21 Guns on their newer albums, but one out of those 3 songs would have been plenty, we need some faster paced high-energy punk Green Day songs, and all those songs have tempos too similar and slow. I'd prefer a lot more early Green Day pre-2000, but if we HAD to have the newer Green Day tracks post 2000, I would have much rather have had Holiday off American Idiot, and Know Your Enemy off of 21st Century Breakdown.Originally Posted by brhurley Go to original post

I am crappy at arpeggios but I can definitely nail the Green Day ones as well, so thats a good thing.
Personally I was a little disappointed initially but overall, I really do love this pack and think these guys did a great job. Remember they had to have some stuff for the acoustic folks since they just patched that in, so a few of these songs are really ideal for that.
