    What is going on? No update for more than 2 weeks

    Not a single update, only saying we are forwarding the issue and stalling. What the hell is going ubisoft? Zero communication, how hard is it adding digital content to my account, i even have the receipt in my order history. Dont buy from uplay.

    Bought a game. Does not appear in My Games.

    Hi I bought a AC: Syndicate Season Pass 30mins ago.. Used a promo-code (-20% using u-play coins). Why can't I still see it on my game list? I can't download it. Unlike AC3 and AC4, it appeared in an instant after I paid for them BUT without using any uplay coins. Please. A little help guys....

    It has been a week now since your reply. How is that agent coming along?

    got the same problem

    got the same problem with Division not showing up in my game library after activating it
    sent an email to ubisoft support at 26/01/2017 not a RESPONSE everytime i check up on it
    it shows me that my case is in progress and they are working on it but till when?
    can't wait forever!!!!!
