    Except this isn't the case at all. It's been more than 24 hours, and you guys have responded on that saying it's fixed and all that, yet I still don't have the game and it's still been charged to my card and shows in my orders, but it's not in my library.

    Still Not Fixed

    Apparently their infrastructure just can't handle an even remotely busy time. I purchased AC: Valhalla a couple hours ago, but it looks like I'm **** out of luck for a while. Shoulda purchased on Epic...

    If you are missing a game from your library following a purchase, please can you open a support ticket so our team can investigate further. You can open a support ticket in the following ways:
    - Via the Ubisoft Support website
    - Starting a Live chat (Please check your regional opening times!)
    - Twitter and Facebook

    When opening a support ticket, please include a full-screen image of your proof of purchase. Please ensure that your email address, date of purchase, order ID and order total are clearly displayed, as this will be helpful for further investigation.

    bought assassins creed origins not showing up

    Purchased Assassins Creed Origins a couple hours ago and it still isn't showing up in my games or in purchased history yet it the purchase shows up in PayPal. AAAAAAAH SO FRUSTRATING!!!
