Well, well, well, looks like ubi sent me an email confirmation of my three games i bought on december 23th (the division, south park, assassin's creed unity).

I can't tell if my games are in my library, i'm at work right now. But i'll keep you guys updated as soon as i finis working !

Yes, finally i got my games... It's sad these store problems will cost costumerto ubisoft.

Same problem here, bought Far Cray Primal Apex Edition. I can see it in my orders on uplay, but nothing in library also not showing up in my orders on the website. Was going to buy on steam but it was cheaper on Uplay, should've just paid the extra. Tech support is probably on holidays now munching down xmas dinner while we wait for our games.

Same thing here, I thought I'd buy The Division off the Ubisoft Store since it would be 5$ cheaper because I managed to get a 20% discount with the 100 UPlay points. Too bad the game never appeared in my library. Would have been better off getting the game on Steam and paying 5$ more just to get to play the game instantly.

I too bought my game (steep) 23th Dec. Havent goten any confirming mails that the game is playable yet

Nothing has happend on my ticket, they are still working on it. It has almost been 4 days since i sent my ticket.
