    3 years, no fix in sight

    Bought Far Cry 5 last week (31st August 2019), and the game still isn't in my library. Logged a support case on the same day after finding the Internets full of posts about the uplay store being buggy.

    Still no response to the support case, still no game in my library.

    And I notice the first post in this thread is from 2016, how can UbiSoft not have fixed this after almost three years?

    Paypal dont show any activity but they took the money and more than it should be.

    Bought Far Cry 5 today. The money is taken from my account. But no game or email.

    After reading the chat I logged a support case.
    Case number: 09788416

    I hope it can be solved quickly.

    Purchased Far Cry 4 Gold Edition.. not in library

    Some thing happened to me. Bought Far Cry 4 and the order went through but the game isn't in Uplay.

    Hello guys. I bought today 3 games. Far Cry Primal, AC Unity and AC. The money are gone, but no game. I sent a message to ubi but i think i have no chance to recover the money or the games. I don't understand how this could happend. They shoud give us an serial number for every game so we cand put the digits for ourself. Very unprofessional.

    Bought a game, no money taken, but order shows up.

    I ordered Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe on Nov 30th While It was on the Black Friday sale after I ordered the first one it showed that the order was completed or said thank you or whatever, but no email was sent to me to confirm the order nor any money being taken from me. Afterwards thinking that It failed I ordered one more time a few minutes after the first one and still got no delivery or order confirmation nor money taken from me. I checked the order list and it showed 2 orders of the same game. I hoped that when one of them is confirmed and it should void the other one so i dont get charged twice, anyways this besides the main problem.

    The main problem is that it been over 48 hours and I haven't gotten a delivery of my game nor any money taken from me.
    I just want to make sure before I order it one more time that the old orders I made will be invalid since well it did not work. And I would still like to get the game now before the sale ends as well.

    -No Game
    -Order Shows Up on Order List.
    -No Money Taken? From Paypal and Account
    -I want that game, but I don't know if i should order again just in case the prior orders somehow started working and I lose triple the amount I shoul've paid.
    -Bought from Uplay Store
    -Used Paypal.
    -I want that game still.
    -Cant find in uplay games list.

    Alright whatever I'm just going to close the case and hope they don't charge me, im going to buy the game on steam instead. I just need to know whether they need to chare me or not.

    I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order of Rainbow Six Siege as yet. I've checked your account (the one that you are posting from) and cannot see any successful orders on our side, so it is likely that your funds may be in a hold after the failed orders were attempted.

    Your bank / payment provider will be able to confirm if funds have been successfully withdrawn from your account, so do reach out to them for confirmation should you need. As a general rule, if you have not received a payment confirmation email from PayPal, nor an order confirmation from ourselves, it is unlikely that your order has been placed and processed successfully.

    I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issues you have experienced, and please rest assured that a member of our support team will also be in touch via email regarding your support case.

    You may have noticed that I edited your original post to have the information of your three posts, and deleted the subsequent two.     Having same issue game not showing after purchased Tom clancy the division 2

    Purchased Tom clancy the division 2 from Ubi website store australia, but game not showing in Uplay client. Cant believe still no fix to this.
    Regret buying from this store. Now i cant use my free time to play this TD2
    I was charged already shown in my bank and order history but no email confirm or invoice. Case submmited :10351643

    Hi KhairiAnr,

    I would suggest following up on the case so as the conversation is not split between platforms.
    Its also more secure as we may need to ask for some sensitive info to investigate issues with purchases.
