Same happened to me contacted support and this is what they said. Total ******** this should not happen from a triple A company.
Luis M: Ok, It seems that we are having issues with the shop. You will get you order but we are trying to fix this issue.
Reload52: Okay when should I get it?
Luis M: We are working to get it fixed. We have no ETA yet.
Reload52: Okay. So nothing I can do about this? if so I guess were done here.

Same problem here, bought Far Cray Primal Apex Edition. I can see it in my orders on uplay, but nothing in library also not showing up in my orders on the website. Was going to buy on steam but it was cheaper on Uplay, should've just paid the extra. Tech support is probably on holidays now munching down xmas dinner while we wait for our games.![]()
I'm having the same problem. I purchased the Rainbow Six: Siege Year 2 Pass last night and it has not activated in my account. I have contacted tech support twice via their online chat, and they have informed me that they experienced issues with orders last night and are investigating. When I asked for a refund, they dodged me both times, with the second time culminating in the tech support person ending the chat on me. I attempted to explain that the investigation did not concern me, and that I had provided my proof of purchase with screenshots of three different document, so a refund should not be difficult to issue. Nothing helped. It seems to me from reading some of the forum posts here that the issue has been around for a longer period of time than just last night.

Tried to talk to customer service and told me the same exact things he told anyone... Service is needed to be fix, the only thing you can do is wait.... i am on the point to call my credit card company to cancel my transaction and go buy the games on Steam !!! This is the worst time of the year to leave costumer without being able to play games they just bought to play in our christmas vacations.....

AnthonyLeReal : - hi, i would like to cancel my last order.
Agent : - So it looks like this ticket was actually escalated to our shop team to try and determine what occurred since we don't actually show that order in the system, or your account and you did not receive a confirmation email.
AnthonyLeReal : - no, so i would like to cancel my order since i still have time to do it
Agent : - I do apologize, but at this point you will need to wait until the agent talking to you previously has heard back from our shop team. Since the order does not show in our system, there is no way to cancel it.
AnthonyLeReal : - So can he cancel it when he get the news from the shop team ?
Agent : - Generally when orders have processed we can't cancel them, since there seems to be an issue they might be able to depending on the status of the order. I will leave a note for that agent that you would like to cancel the order if it has been processed so they will know how to proceed
AnthonyLeReal : - So it's 100% sure it's going to be cancel ?
Agent : - I can't say that it will be cancelled, as it is currently that order doesn't show in our system which means it may not have processed. Generally we do not cancel orders.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, but you will want to wait for an update email from Antonio M. which he will send out as soon as he has that information from the shop team.

Agent : -You could buy them through steam, but in the case that the uplay order processes as well I'm not sure if they would be able to do a refund

Agent : -Probably, I don't actually know the specifics, but if you are able to cancel the posted transaction through your card company I would assume that information would come back to our system if the order would have otherwise processed and cancel out an order if there is one in the system.

Incredible. Ubisoft knew there was an issue with their service for days. People paying for games and not receiving them and they leave the site/service up. Complete BS! Close your sh!t down if are collecting money and can not provide the service. Now I know why everyone bashes Uplay, will never order from Ubisoft again.
