It says "The Free Weekend is available from the 15th of December up until the 18th of December",
and as i did not buy this game this is a nice opportunity for me to try this game for free.
What i don't understand is is this this year or the next? I mean 15 is almost over and game is on coming soon title...

From what I understand the free weekend starts in 1 hour 10 minutes from the time of my post. Have fun.

The exception to this would be Overwatch on Xbox, but that was timed with the release of either BF1 or CoD, so they were trying to divert eyes from those games.

PS - Titanfall 2 had a free weekend a week or two ago and I gave it a try. Was never able to get into a match. Deleted from my HD.

Well one question. Is this available through Steam or only through the UPlay?

Because I would assume there are costs to the publisher to have such events on the console. Probably for Steam as well. Ubi doesn't have to pay anyone to distribute through UPlay.

And if it is on Steam as well, my next guess is that Steam is much cheaper to work with than PS or MS.

Thank you for ruining the game with free weekend. You have players with an hour in a game with already in DZ 230+ brackets, wallhacking, dmg boosting etc etc etc. Thank you soo soo soo much for this.
And one more thing. You are banning me from forum giving me penalties for naming ppl when they cheat and now ppl yell, write trash, INSULT YOU while they cheat and what. You are gonna ban them from Division. Guess what THEY DON'T EVEN OWN THE GAME and don't care what will you do.

I have been a Division day one player on xbone and have had good times.
I took advantage of the free weekend and downloaded the game on my gaming pc and wow, what a difference!!

The games fluidity is so much better, aiming, graphics, pretty much everything,
BUT MY GOD, its all RUINED by the hacks in the DZ.

It's such a shame, I would honestly have bought this on pc and scrapped my div on xbone, but I'm going right back after I do the free weekend.

I knew the console vs pc would be a world of difference, but like I said, it's all in vain as the dz is nothing but floating players, teleportation and aimbot. Plus some players don't even take damage.
