    Connection to proxy failed. Error code #0_1.

    Hello everyone.
    Yesterday a friend gave me a CAU. After activating the key, I would like to go to the game, but an error occurred # 0_1 (screenshot attached). Reinstall the game - did not help. Today launched uplay, and he could not be renewed, had to download and update manually. Also, after the launch of uplay, news page can not be loaded. The news itself can see, but the image can not boot and there is constantly spinning blue ring.
    A few days ago I changed the router. I checked the settings - everything seems to be fine. Although maybe I missed something.

    I do not use a proxy. In other applications, and the game comes to normal.

    Help solve this problem. You may need help in setting up the router, or - tell me that there is need to check on or off.

    Why support silent? Or I have a problem so complicated?
    Can my IP is in the list of blocked (due to DDoS attacks), (although I do not do this)?
    Or do I need to call the support service to my country?

    There are many things that could cause this. If you have not done so, please contact your ISP to see if there are any restricted or blocked ports. See the FAQ here. In the meantime, contact the Support team so they may assist you.

    On the Russian forum of support no one answers. A lot of players are faced with the problem - silent support.

    The provider assures that from them it's OK, they do not block the ports.
    The game runs only by using VPN clients.
    Many, including myself, to trace - the connection does not pass to your servers.
