Then as soon as you kill the other, Fey Lau screeches, "AGENT, bad news that person you just shot in cold blood was another agent. A good guy with a family. You are now wanted for murder and you have disavowed the Division. You have gone Rogue. Oh, by the way AGENT. I am taking full credit for your efforts of cleaning up NYC, and my leg has been fine. I have made you do all the work, while I have been at the BoO, nice and warm. Sucka!" Then you will permanently be Rogue and if you go into the LZ, the JTF will hunt you down. Now you have your lore.

That's awesome, and really should happen. That'd fit my division experience perfect.

Tie it into the narrative if they must, but PvP ARENA is a must and the only true endgame.

It should be simple both in HUD and gameplay. Leaderboard, mvp stats. No respawns. Best of 5 rounds.
