The passive super armor will work against an Orochi wind gust counterattack. If they deflect and you follow up with another attack while they go for a wind gust, the hit is guaranteed.

If the superarmor stays the same, Will a warden/orochi double light combo interupt? Or so they count as One hit?

From what I can recall, yes, the double light will interrupt the Shugoki attack IF you time it right. Your second strike must connect before his strike hits you for the interrupt to work or you will trade and eat a bunch of damage or you will be interrupted yourself and eat a bunch of damage.
