    Connectivity issues

    Hello there!

    I'm writing only to show my dissatisfaction with the current build of the game. I've been playing it almost everyday since it came out, but I have to say, this is the worst I've seen this game perform. (And having a quick look around on the forums, it's not only me).

    The game is asking me every time to choose a save file after I had a run on the slot-machine. Okay, I can live with that. The game connecting to the servers for 20 seconds after I open the world map. It's getting a little annoying, but alright I guess, I can wait some seconds.

    I keep getting notifications of gifts I received from other riders? Okay, time to collect them.... wait, NOPE. You actually have to close the game from the multitasking menu and reopen so that you can access the Gift Box. (Otherwise you are stuck in an infinite loading screen, waiting for some miracle) WHAT? That is not all though. You want to take back a track in the bunker you just lost to your opponent? Guess what? If you want it so badly, you have to close the app in the multitasking and reopen it. (If you don't want to be stuck on an infinite loading screen/loop.)

    Oh, you got a message while playing the game and in the bunker. Okay, lets see it. Write a response and sent. Time to get back into the bunker. NOPE. I've been away from it for like 5 seconds, yet I can't access it, until I close and reopen it.

    THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

    All this on iOS/iPhone 6S.

    PS.: I'm starting to regret I've ever spent money on this game.

    I am having many of the same stupid issues. I've been writing about them too but haven't gotten much response aside from some other riders in agreement. Constantly during the game I get "connecting to server" messages, no posted track times or ghosts won't load. The game is choppy and totally unplayable on some tracks. I have not even been willing to get into the bunker yet because of all the problems. I received a doughnut instead of a track I won last month in the bunker but ubi closed the case I opened and wont respond (despite being truly patient and only writing politely). The connectivity problems have gotten out of hand but it doesnt seem like anything is being done about it. Very frustrating.

    agree. pure hate every time i start the game. connection with bunker is often slow or does not work correctly. performance issues during bunker matches is more present as it was before. after a few years of playing every day i now begin to hate it a lot. this is what happens when developers are not involved to the playing routines from the view of a gamer.

    And on top of constantly getting "cannot connect to server", I have had an incredibly hard time getting any response to two issues I have had from Ubi aside from their cookie cutter "your issue has been forwarded to the team" message. One issue, a track I won but never got during last months bunker debacle, they wont even respond to. For almost 2 weeks now. Aaaaand the first time I opened a case about it they closed it on me hahaha. I almost threw my phone across the room trying to play sunset dungeon. Grrrrr sorry to get off topic fellas. There is just something very wrong with all of this. Ubi had always been very easy to deal with before .....

    Came here to post about this. So freaking annoying to have to close and reopen the game just to claim the gifts!

    I've stopped receiving and sending gifts, have no patience to wait for such a looooong time... sometimes box even doesn't load at all....

    Also lags in all the game, can't play bunker, freezes each 3 sec.

    i have 3 theories.

    1. due the switch to the uplay account, they get a ddos simular attack from the hacker
    2. the game budget for the devs is empty and the team is so small that not all problem could be solved
    3. they fixxed that with the release for the midnight circuit comeback

    anyway this release 4.6.0 has a blocker bug due switch the account to uplay.
    iam able to see my friends in ubisoft/uplay mode but in bunker it says i dont have a internet connection.

    please please fix that! and for the next release, dont stress the QA they did a good job but not with stress.
    a good quality gives you a

    Hi Riders,

    I know you guys have been facing a lot of connection issues lately. You might have to log in to your Ubisoft account a lot of times or you might face some issues entering the Bunker.

    Temporarily, you can clear the game cache and get in the Bunker.
    All I can confirm as of now is that the team is working on a solution for this. I appreciate your patience while we fix these issues.
