Far Cry 4 runs on 1 FPS

    Hello guys,
I have just got my new PC
    ( Specs:
    GPU - GTX 1050 TI 4GB
    CPU - I5 6500 3.2Ghz
    RAM - 16GB
Also it runs on Windows 10)

I've bought Far Cry 4 and for some reason it works on 10-80FPS on the loading screens but when it gets to the part of
"Press any key" it gets down to 1FPS.

    ITS FIXED,
My PC didn't detect my GPU.
I fixed it by updating my windows.
