    Hello OliiMorg13! I am so incredibly sorry for the delayed response. I have sent you a verification email. Please click the link inside that says “Verify My Account.” Once verified, I'll be able to disable your two-step authenticator, and you can try out resetting it.

    Can't manage to log in

    Greetings, for some reason I can't log in to my account of Ubisoft Connect. I put in my email, the password, wait for the verification code to be sent... And it doesn't arrive. I've tried this for days now, to no avail. May I have my 2 step verification deactivated?

    Hey there BantamSertorius! Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your two-step verification! I've sent you a verification email. Click on the link inside it to verify your account, and then either let me know HERE, or through direct message, and I will disable two-step verification for you!
