I've activated 2-STEP VERIFICATION when I created my account, but now I'm unable access Google authenticator and uplay says "If you are unable to access Google authenticator use one of your recovery codes" but I don't know any of my recovery codes or where to get them... What should I do?

Same issue here except, I can login on the forums and support website w/o the 2FA problem. Did you ever receive the e-mail/s from UbiSoft with the recovery code in? 🤔

Hey guys! When you set up Google Authenticator, it gives you 6 Recover Codes that it recommends you to write down or take a picture of for reference. This is the only case you would be given the Recovery Codes. If you do not have access to them, you can reach out to the Facebook or Twitter team for assistance.

Can't login to uplay, but i can login to ubi.com website, i've changed my password twice, that's not it.

why isn't the website password synced with the uplay password? why make things so difficult?

Surprisingly, the fix is very simple. Click the gear icon. Go to the Proxy settings. For some reason, a non-existent proxy is enabled. For most people, uncheck everything. You will be able to log in.

thats not the "fix" may work for some but still no use... i dont have a proxy enabled at all...

When i try to log in to the Uplay Launcher, it say's "Ubisoft service is currently unavailable."
Found actually nothing, that helped me fix this problem.

Hi MeMatteoo.-! This issue has been reported up to the Uplay PC team. One player found that disabling IPV6 protocols in your Windows Network settings should resolve this issue. Can you try following this workaround and let me know if it resolves it for you?
