I've activated 2-STEP VERIFICATION when I created my account, but now I'm unable access Google authenticator and uplay says "If you are unable to access Google authenticator use one of your recovery codes" but I don't know any of my recovery codes or where to get them... What should I do?

I bought today the new game "The Fractured but Whole- South Park" and I got the message i need to have an Uplay account to even start the Software. No big deal on my side.
But It does make me angry that it doesnt even let me log into the software app of Uplay. It always says this phrase
> " A Uplay service is not available at the moment. You can try again later or switch to offline mode"

But there comes the problem as well. I just cannot log in.Either it says " Failed" or "Error".
I have tried to get help from multiple persons already and i start to think I was being scammed on.

Please remove this problem Ubisoft team, it drives me crazy-

So I bought Far Cry 4 on Steam when it finished downloading I clicked on it and it told me that I had to sign into Uplay account so I did after I signed in I received a little pop up on my screen that said there was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product and the game was unable to Launch I've tried this over and over and over again and the game won't launch at all it's really frustrating if anybody can help I greatly appreciate it

The majority of these similar issues are Uplays firewall rules, it conflicts with peoples anti virus, whether or not it is uplay being to intrusive into our information is another matter, our antivirus software blocks it in the background . i only worked this out by chance . The requests by uplay to go into the routers settings and more was just ludicrous . Bottom line its uplays firewall rules , final .

if people are still having trouble, try using the default browser to log in. worked for me and its worth a shot

When I try to log on Uplay, it say that the UBI support is not available. From 4 day I can't play any of UBi's game. please someone can solve this bug quikly?

Nothing.... I can only log on my account here.
With Uplay or Ubisoft website, I have the error "Your username or password is incorrect. Please try again.", but i'm 100% sure to use the good login/password, I have just logged in here.

SAME here but with a different game This is the worst platform i have ever used

I know this is really late, but for people with issues, I changed my password on the website and could not log into the launcher do to wrong password. went into settings and turned off the offline option and then it worked once connected to the internet
