    Hey PrinceRoshak,

If you are being told the servers are specifically unavailable, please create a ticket on our website so this can be investigated.

    Hey klutchyyyy,

Can you try these steps and let me know if it works for you?

    Workaround 1:
    a) Open CMD as admin.
    b) Type netsh int ip reset ipreset.txt and press Enter.
    c) Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
    d) Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
    e) Restart your computer.

    Workaround 2 (Windows 10 only):
    a) Click on the Windows symbol on the bottom left of the screen.
    b) Click on the Gear to access the Settings.
    c) Click on "Network & Internet".
    d) Click on "Network Reset".

    Can't Log On Uplay Account!!

I've been having this log on issue with a while, months even. My Uplay just can't go online no matter what I do. It will always ask my to re-enter my password then proceed to signing in and filling in verification codes before ending up with a error message saying something the server/service is not available... And giving the option to retry or go offline. I tried contacting support, but the webpage just won't fully load. the store and other pages seem to load okay, but support and login just won't load. really need help.

I've been experiencing the same message for 5 days now 'A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. You can try again later or switch to offline mode.'
Do we have a fix for this yet?

    Hey, PrsmDog!

I noticed you're in Australia, correct? This issue may be regional and is currently being investigated. Please create a ticket at support.ubi.com so that our dedicated specialists can gather more information.

    Thanks
