Same problem today. I'm using the same e-mail and password I use to log in elsewhere in uplay. And now my account is blocked due to too many failed logins. And you still expect us to give you money? You're a joke!

Because like WTF... i logged in on here... i can run my uplay program and sign in on it, but can't sign in on the website because i'm wanting to make changes to my account info.. Which seems you can only do from the website.. changed my password like 7 times, and gone through that annoying as F#*K pick the squares with cars or roads so many damn times now.... and i've been 36th in line now for about 30 minutes on the online support chat thing... (35th now wow..)

c'mon that cant be 4 real. I buy a game play it for hours then i stop playing 4 a while and when i log in (when it works) my game need a aktivation code?!?!?!
I also play on STEAM and I never had such bad problems!
Thats my second account on UPlay, the first one I bought the sims, couldn't play it. How many accounts am i suppose to make??? It's a FRAUD!!!!
Bought Sims bought the crew + extras and it's just a waste of money.

Deactivate "automatically launch in offline-mode" in the desktop application and try again to log in, worked for me, had the same issues for weeks.

I an on my phone, I just created this account. It says login error but it works here. WTF

I have the same problem I used to have my old laptop with my Uplay account ready for me to log in and it always works for me to log in the laptop account, but now when I change to the new laptop I can't log in.

At first, I thought it was the problem with the password so I changed my password several times on the Gmail and verify it but it still doesn't work.

WTF fixed it I didn't buy all those games for you to not work.
