    (PC) where is the volumetric fog? (It exists! just extremely rare right now)

    nuff said, i think this is already discussed here? but even on ultra settings not a single person have found this... the fog i'm saying is the one they show on nvidia pc trailer, there is a beautiful nice volumetric fog where it is suposed to come on pc version of the game, but all we got is the same ****ty fog we have on consoles... surprised? not really, thats why i'm saying they fool us again, showing something who is a lie? we expected to see this... i hope you ubi bring this back on the next patch.     that game doesnt even have god ray, nor volumetric light / fog. In 2016...

    And i guess you miss nothing, their fake san fransico fog eat up around 30fps.. so well, better avoid that trailer only graphic effect

    but felt like they sold something for us and didn't delivered, false advertisement. We or at least some of us expected to see this on the game and right now there is no word about this.

    Totally agree. There`s not one single proof that anyone has seen the Volumetric Ray Marched Fog, bring that BACK ubisoft, do not let this be the "2012 Fake trailer" of Watch Dogs 2

    This reminds me of AC Unity and tesselation, which was never implemented, although it was supposed to be in the game. So I would like to now if this fog, as advertised in gameworks trailer, will be implemented or not?

    Just FYI San Francisco fog is a volumetric raymarched fog.
    IT IS (technically) Volumteric Lightning. At its worst possible implementation method.

    Ok "genius", we are complaining, becasue it is supposed to be in the game and was advertised as part of nvidia gameworks feature:

    Nobody would be complaining if it wasn't supposed to be in the game. It's simple question - will Ubisoft add this to the game, as it was advertised, or not? I wrote, that same situation was with AC Unity - something was promised and when the game finally came out, it wasn't there.

    I've found fog, just not the cloudy fog like in that trailer. The fog has dimensions as I move around it, but it is so thin I can't tell if it's capturing light rays or not, but it doesn't seem to be. I wonder if my hardware isn't meeting some threshold for rendering the fog.
