Hi there I worked with some members of the FHL community on a guide for dominion strategies, Have à look and maybe it will help or tell me what you think.

Dominion – A basic strategy guide.

Introduction: This guide is made to give to the community an idea of the strategies to adopt in the beginning of a competitive match or a public game
After making your start you should adapt your team’s movements in line with your enemies. Some of the strategies that are listed below may not be recommended depending on the ever-changing situation.

CITADEL GATE

➔ Defensive strategy: (recommended)
- 1 player captures the base (after he will defend the wall) [Best Duellist]
- 3 players attack the middle (once captured hold firm)

Advantages:
➢ Easy access to the middle control point (B)
➢ If the base is attacked a middle player can go back to help and the middle can be kept
Disadvantages:
(None)

➔ Offensive strategy: (dangerous but potentially advantageous)
- 2 players on base (one goes to the enemy base the other secures the wall)
- 2 players middle [ best duo]
Advantages: If the enemy base is captured it leads to three possibilities:
➢ the enemy retreats to their base flag which gives way for your team to push middle without any major issues (after this I recommend to adopt a defensive strategy)
➢ an enemy middle focus which gives the opportunity for your team to attack on their flank.
➢ No Changes, 1 enemy attacks the base and the wall defender can assist middle.

Disadvantages: If the team member failed capturing the enemy base, the middle is in danger just like our base even if it’s defended by one player.
➔ Neutral strategy: (not recommended)
- 2 players attack middle
- 2 players attack the enemy base (after our own base is secured)
Advantages:
➢ enemy base capture chances increased with more manpower pushing in.
Disadvantages:
➢ The middle capture point is vulnerable

OVERWATCH

➔ Controlling the upper tiers: (recommended)
- 2 players on C [best duo]
- 1 player attack A [best duellist]
- 1 player middle (his role is to keep the enemy busy while the allies are taking the other points, after A and C are secured he must move between those two points)
Advantages:
➢ accessible top control
➢ if the enemy attack one of our bases the middle can be captured so we keep 2 points
Disadvantages:
➢ around 75% chances to lose B if there is people on this point.

➔ Middle attack (totally not recommended)
- 4 players attack middle (after taking B 3 attack C and I recommend a switching to controlling the upper tiers of the map)
Advantages:
➢ B can easily be captured and some opportunities open to capture C
Disadvantages:
➢ A is easily lost
➢ C possibly lost

RIVER FORT

➔ Well-balanced:
- 1 player on A
- 2 players on B [ best duo]
- 1 player on C
Advantages:
➢ chances to capture all the points
Disadvantages:
➢ chances to lose all the points

➔ Tandem: (recommended)
- 2 players on B [best duo]
- 2 players on A or C (after taking the point 1 player will move between B and his point)
Advantages:
➢ more chances to control 2 points
Disadvantages:
➢ one point surely lost
