    Just Dance Community profile

    I have been playing Just Dance 2017 on WiiU for a time, but the progress in the game doesn't match the one in the game (for example: I have finished Just Dance Machine mode, but the online profile says 0%).
    I have uploaded Autodances, and they appear some days later, but it doesn't show the real views and likes either, also the progress bar doesn't fix itself.

    Profile might take a bit to synchronize. Is it still the same after some time has passed?

    Just Dance Community profile doesn't synchronizes

    Hi! I have the same issue, I´ve completed all game modes but it haven't been synchronizing since November, I hope you can fix that please

    Same issue

    Hello!
    Is anyone got an answer about this issue from support? I've got the same problem, bought game few weeks after release on Wii U, and my progress do not sync on just-dance.ubisoft.com (0% at everything, in game for example i got 341% on Rival). Also my autodances loads too slow, about 1 or even 3 month. (Have not this troubles with JD2016). I claimed to Support, but i'am from Russia and it is already 4 days passed and still no answer. Last time, when i had problems with JD, Russian support ignored me for almost month, and english was helped me on next day, but now (even with VPN on UK) i always redirected to russian support page for some reason.

    Sadly, but as i can see now, the entire portal is dead. I can't see rankings, JDTV, or user profiles at just-dance.ubisoft.com/ no matter if i'm logon or not. The tech support ignores me, i tried chat, they advise me to create a case, and the case is just ignored, i made last one at 1st of april, at 3rd someone changed a topic little bit, and thats all, no answer.
